i had the perfect place where i wanted to provide light for my security cameras but didnt not want the flood light this thing turns night into mid day bright!
i had 2 issues however
1. does not come with a power supply. easy to find but it would have been nice to know before i received the package!
2. there was a a cold solder joint in the cable at the power connector easy for a techie to fix but it may be a sign of more difficult issues!

I told the salesman I talked to that I was having trouble seeing my cars in the driveway that were about 40ft away using a bullet camera. He suggest I try this illuminator and thought it was more that adequate. I was a little skeptical as I've not had much success to get the proper lighting I needed. I could not believe my eyes when I tried this Illuminator. It lit up my ENTIRE driveway. It nearly looked like it was daytime and everything was clear to see. This is a must have you simply need more light... it WILL do the job.

These work great! We strategically placed a few of these in our parking lot and the whole area is now "illuminated" with infrared light so our camera can capture the whole area in darkness. They are easy to mount and just require a 12 VDC power supply.

These illuminators work great at extending the range of our infrared cameras. We purchased two and place them in diagonal opposing corners in our ware house and the entire warehouse is lit (by infrared) at night. I recommend these to extend the range of your infrared cameras.

This illuminator made it possible to light up the path of my entire driveway at night. It was easy to install (just screw in a few screws) and connect it to a 12 VDC power source. It's like have a flood light for the driveway, which is one of the sides of the house that is more vulnerable to unfavorable actions. At least now I'll see them coming and beable to document who the are.

This is a great way to see things that go "bump" in the night. Actually, I have a fairly large workshop and this lights up nearly all of the inside for IR monitoring at night. It is a nice illuminator and reasonably priced.

This can really help to extend the range of your IR cameras. This actually lights an area covered by two of my cameras and it works well. I've had my IR cameras for quite some time now, but as bright as this makes things in the video, it's hard to believe that our eyes can't see it.

It's very useful that this can light up an area for me other cameras.
