This is a 2MP HDCVI Indoor/Outdoor Bullet Security Camera. HDCVI has some benefits that are worth noting. Video can be transmitted up to 1,600 Feet as long as the camera is powered locally. OSD is controlled through the HDCVI DVR as it is transmitted over the video cable. The most important benefit of HDCVI is the price. It is very affordable compared to IP. For example, if you are thinking about upgrading your existing analog CCTV system to High Definition, you do not have to incur the high price of re-wiring. HD-CVI delivers megapixel, HD recording over standard coax with so much detail you will be amazed that you can zoom in on a recording without the distortion that analog systems run into.
This HD-CVI Bullet will deliver 1080p resolution to your HDCVI DVR. If you ever have a break-in or a slip and fall accident, for example, the authorities that you give your surveillance footage over to will have a better chance on getting a positive ID than with an analog system. This camera features a 1/3 inch, 2 Megapixel CMOS Image Sensor and a 3.6mm fixed lens which will give you a very wide angle view of your surroundings. At night, this camera will see 50 feet, so day or night your footage will have a lot of detail.
To power the camera, use 12v DC.
This 1080p Bullet comes with a 1 year warranty and free tech support.
