The PENDVR-EL324K-AI3 is a versatile DVR (digital Video Recorder) from our Elite series of security camera equipment. It can handle a total of 32 cameras of different types. It can use IP cameras as well as most of the coaxial based types of cameras (HD-CVI, HD-TVI, AHD and analog).
This recorder can record continuously or based on motion detection. Its Artificial Intelligence focuses on vehicular and human targets, which reduces false motion detection events. This feature works with the Smart Motion Detection (SMD) Plus feature to deliver a surprising level of accuracy. This combination of features works to categorize motion alarms and filter out unwanted targets.
You can also use the IVS feature to further increase accuracy. This allows you to draw virtual lines in the camera’s view and use them to detect motion in specific areas.
The facial recognition feature of this recorder is also upgraded. It is possible to build a database of up to 200,000 pictures of faces. The DVR will then be able perform a few actions when a person is identified. It can trigger an alarm output, push notification and even trigger a PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) camera to look at a preset point.
The AI in this DVR also allows you to schedule these features for different parts of the day. This allows you to improve the application of these features on key cameras.
