Good color

This is a great little camera. We purchased eight of these to use on our 8 channel system. Security Camera King calls it a "weatherproof" camera but it works just as well indoors too. The 630 TVL resolution picture is very clear and color correct. The camera comes with its own on screen display menu system that can be used to adjust electronic feature settings like wide dynamic range for example. Although it comes with its own built in OSD joystick button in the video cable you can also use an RS485 hookup to make the OSD changes from the DVR. It does pretty good in low light conditions too, but if the light is too low the infrared mode produces a very clear black and white video as well. I get about a 100 foot range with my camera in infrared mode and it does very well.

This bullet is AMAZING!!! From the 100' IR to the ability to adjust the OSD remotely from the RS485 connection, this camera packs a punch. Such a great view this camera it could be used for an entire system with no worries.

I use this camera with my Security Camera King DVR for security surveillance around the exterior of my residence. I like the camera because it has a wide angle view (3.6 mm lens) and produces a really good quality 630 TVL resolution color video. The camera is white in color and really kind of small for a bullet camera so it's definitely noticeable yet doesn't stick out like a "sore thumb." The camera is easy to mount by just applying the included screws and hooking up the video and power cables. The video cable of the camera has its own little built in joystick type device that can be used to control the camera's on screen display menu system. This is the built in programming system that provides features like wide dynamic range and head light compensation. The joystick allows you to adjust the settings up or down to your specific environment. The Security Camera King description says the camera gets about 100 feet of infrared range and I do get just about that. You can get more if you use an additional illuminator. The infrared image is very clear in black and white, in fact the image is even higher in resolution than color at 700TVL. This is a good camera because in addition to the high resolution, you get good infrared, and it contains some electronic features that make your videos clearer than in cameras at lesser prices.

I have to agree with Security Camera King when they say that this camera is the best value in bullet cameras. The price is not to steep, yet the resolution is high and the camera comes with some very valuable features. In addition, the camera also functions in infrared mode and with the built in infrared LEDs it produces a clean, sharp, night time video. We actually get about 80 feet for the optimum infrared range for this camera although the specifications list up to 100. The camera comes with an on screen display set up menu which can be controlled by a built in "mini" joystick on the cable line. The on screen display menu allows you to make many adjustments, including the wide dynamic range feature which helps to compensate for shadows from back lighting and other lighting abnormalities. I don't use this camera for license plate capture so I can't comment on it's performance for that or how the headlight compensation feature works. However, for a camera priced at well under one hundred dollars I'll rate this camera as a five star purchase.

This is a nice bullet camera with good resolution and an inexpensive price. This price makes it perfect for use in residential applications but it won't make your wallet bankrupt. The camera is easy to mount and pretty easy to set up too. It comes with one of those in line controllers that allows you to set the camera up using its on screen display system. The camera itself has a standard 3.6 mm lens so it gives a pretty wide shot. I can't believe all the electronic features that come with this camera considering its low cost. The wide dynamic range is one such feature that helps keep the integrity of the video even when there is glare from objects or shadows from trees for example. The camera is loaded with infrared LEDs and I easily get the 100 foot range that is listed for this model. That makes it a great camera for use in driveways and other situations that require a long shot, especially at night. In summary, the camera works very well and comes with a price tag that is very affordable. I'd recommend it to others.

This camera is easy to install inside or outside. The camera provides a wide view with significant detail. The specifications for this camera say that the camera has a nighttime range of approximately 120 feet and I get every bit of that and actually a little more. This is a very nice quality camera for a fair, economical price. I highly recommend it.

This is a good "middle of the road" camera. The 550TVL resolution is outstanding. The camera is very easy to mount. Infrared mode is very crisp and clear and has a good range (I get an IR range of over 110 feet). I surely would recommend this camera to others.

This camera works great. I actually purchased two of these for my shop. I have one out front aimed at the shop entrance and driveway and another inside the building. They work great, providing a highly detailed, crisp, clear picture even in infrared mode. They were very easy to mount and install. I recommend this bullet camera.
