Works great. In Southern Texas we don't really have to worry about cold but we do have to keep them dry and this does the trick.

This is a sturdy metal mount for a weatherproof outdoor installation of a box camera. The mount is as about as easy as it can be to install and allows for total movement of the camera before you lock it down in place. One note: if you are looking for a mount with a heater and blower combination, this does not have it. You need to upgrade to a model with a heater and blower for cold weather conditions

This housing works well by holding tight and is easy to mount and use. If you intend to use a box camera outdoors you'll have to put it in a housing and this is just what the doctor ordered.

This housing works really well to protect my box camera. It also makes mounting/installation easier. It's basically weather proof and it can be easily placed in a variety of positions to get the best shot. If you have a box camera that you are planning on using outdoors this truly is "a must have."
