The Elite Mini HD Series DVR comes with an embedded version of Linux OS. It also features remote monitoring, which allows you to view your cameras from anywhere in the world, via a computer and internet; audio recording and h.264 compression.
The Elite Mini HD Series DVR is not a PC based DVR, which can be infected by computer viruses or hacked. This DVR was made for one purpose; to provide you with the best quality video.
Our Elite Mini HD Series DVR is a very versatile unit. It comes equipped with HDMI, VGA and BNC outputs, which gives you the ability to operate a number of different monitors all at the same time; you can even hook up a big screen television! With the 720p high-definition output resolution, you r images will look great!
Our Elite Mini HD Series DVR use H.264 hardware compression, which provides you with fantastic quality video, while at the same time maximizing your hard disk storage. This DVR also offers the ability to record in CIF resolution on all channels at 30FPS (Frames Per Second) with channel 1 being able to record up to D1 at 30FPS (Frames Per Second). This will give you the ability to record at high resolution and capture higher levels of detail for area that require more security, such as, back doors, stock rooms, cash registers and ATM machines. The Elite Mini HD Series DVR also gives you the ability to record D1 on all channels at 7FPS (Frames Per Second).
Our Elite Mini HD Series DVRs are extremely easy to setup and operate. Our mouse-driven interface gives you point-and-click control over every function and setting the DVR has to offer. This DVR also comes with an IR remote, which allows you to control the functions of the DVR, plus you can control the DVR from the front panel controls located on the DVR itself. The front panel controls allows you to fast forward, rewind, and advance frame by frame and up to 4 channels can be played back at the same time.
The Elite Mini HD Series DVR comes with a built-in web server, which allows you to control most of your DVRs functions remotely, via the internet or with our smart phone application. The DVR also comes with two-way audio, so you can hear what's going on as well as communicate and interact. This DVR also supports up to 10 simultaneous network or internet users and with Dynamic DNS support, you don't need to have a static IP address in order to remotely access your DVR. This in turn saves you money, as many ISPs charge you an additional fee for static IP Addresses.
With our Elite Mini HD Series DVR, not only do you have remote access to your system, but you can be alerted via e-mail! All you need to do is setup a POP e-mail account and based on what criteria you have setup in the DVR, you can have the system e-mail you anywhere. Since most people have e-mail sent to their phone, you will be in touch with your system 24/7/365.
The Elite Mini HD Series DVR supports one SATA hard disk drive, but with up to 2TB or storage you will have more than enough room for storing video footage. Also, due to the slim design of the Elite Mini HS Series DVR, it doesn't support a DVD burner internally, but with the built-in USB Port, you can back up your data using a USB thumb drive. You can also back up your DVR on your PC or with FTP backup and recording, you can be sure that your video footage will always be safe, even if your DVR is stolen or destroyed.
The Elite Mini HD Series DVR system offer PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) controls, which allows you to control any of our PTZ cameras. All you do is click on the screen, drag your mouse around and the camera follows the mouse pointer, it's that simple!
