This system includes everything you will need to install this 8 Channel Elite Mini HD (Hi-Definition) Series DVR System. This package doesn't include a VGA monitor. You will need a monitor for the initial setup, but once the installation is complete, the monitor can be removed, as it's not required to normal operation.

The Elite Mini HD (Hi-Definition) Series DVR comes equipped with an embedded version of Linux OS. It also comes equipped with H.264 compression, remote monitoring, which allow you to monitor your camera system from anywhere in the world via a computer with the internet or with our smart phone application; audio recording is also available with this unit. This DVR was built with one purpose in mind; to provide you with the best quality video. This isn't a PC based DVR, which can could be hacked or infected with a virus.

The Elite Mini HD Series DVR is an extremely versatile unit. It comes equipped with BNC, HDMI and VGA video outputs. This gives you the ability to operate several monitors at the same time; you can even connect a big screen television. And, with 720p High Definition resolution, all of your images will look fantastic!

The Elite Mini HD (Hi-Definition) Series DVR utilizes H.264 hardware compression. This feature provides excellent video quality, while maximizing your hard drive space. The DVR also offers the ability to record in CIF on all channels at up to 30FPS (Frames per Second) with channel 1 being able to record up to D1 and 30FPS (Frames per Second). This is perfect for area that you need higher levels of detail, such as cash registers, ATM machines, gas pumps, back doors and store fronts. You can also record at D1 resolution at 7FPS (Frames per Second) on all channels.

The Elite Mini HD Series DVR is very easy to install and operate. It utilizes our mouse-driven interface, which gives you a simple point-and-click control over all of the functions and settings within the DVR. The DVR also comes with an IR remote that also allows you to control every function and setting within the DVR. The DVR also features a front panel, which allows you to fast forward, rewind and advance frame by frame. You also have the ability to playback up to 4 channels at the same time.

Our Elite Mini HD Series DVR come equipped with a built-in web server. This allows you to control all of the functions of your DVR remotely. You can do this from any PC or by using our smart phone application. The DVR can support up to 10 users, both network and internet all at the same time. It also features Dynamic DNS Support, which means you don't need to have a static IP address to access your DVR remotely. This, in turn, saves you money, because most ISPs (Internet Service Providers) charge an additional fee for a static IP address.

The Elite Mini HD Series DVR has the ability to e-mail you with updates based on the criteria that you program within the DVR. All you need is a POP E-mail address and then configure the DVR to e-mail you at that e-mail address. Now, even if y our not by a computer, you can still be in touch and stay up-to-date with your system!

The Elite Mini HD Series DVR supports one SATA hard disk drive, but with up to 2TB of storage space, you will have plenty of room to store your footage. Due to the sleek and slim design of the DVR it doesn't support a DVD burner internally, but the DVR comes equipped with a USB port, so you can back-up the DVR to a USB thumb drive. You can also back your DVR up directly on your PC or you can perform a FTP backup.

The easy 3D mouse operated PTZ control allows you to control any PTZ camera. Just click on the screen and drag your mouse around. The PTZ camera follows the mouse pointer so you can smoothly and accurately follow any objects of interest.

This system runs on a rock solid Linux embedded OS, with embedded web server, and digital signal processors to bring you the most powerful network-based digital video recorder available. This high end system will provide you with everything you need other than a monitor. If you tie the system into your network, you wont even need a monitor to view your DVR.
