Description

Our Wireless access point/bridge will allow you the ultimate flexibility when it comes to IP cameras and NVR wireless transmission.
The TP-LocoM5 are very versatile and can be used in several different ways. The most common use is as a wireless IP bridge.
You can use 2 of these units to allow you to mount an IP camera or NVR outside in a location that would be either difficult or impossible to wire too.
You will connect an ethernet cable from your network to one of these wireless devices, then mount the device outside (these units are weatherproof) facing in the direction of where the IP camera or NVR will be mounted.
The second unit will be mounted on the pole, tree, wall or wherever you have the IP camera or NVR mounted. This will allow you to create a wireless bridge between your network and the IP camera or NVR you have mounted outside.
One of these units is powerful enough to provide wireless transmission of several IP cameras or NVRs if they are in the same general location and connected to a switch.
With up to 150mbps of bandwidth available and up to 15KM of line of sight distance capability, you are sure to be thrilled with the results.
Each of these devices can be configured as an access point and can connect a non wireless device directly to your wireless network.
When you purchase this unit from us, you also get our free tech support to help you with your configurations and set up.

This is what I call a time saving, hassle saving, unit of convenience. We have a 3 Megapixel camera mounted outside and it is far enough a way from the main office that wiring the thing would be a real pain in the butt. Thanks to the Access Point/Bridge. I mounted one unit on the pole with the camera and the other inside next to the DVR and Whamo! it works like a charm. Definitely worth the investment if you have an IP camera that could require some challenging outdoor (or even indoor I guess) wiring. The unit works well, no interference, no interruption, and the video is as clear as a direct wired camera.

We recently purchased your indoor/outdoor wireless access point bridge system for our outdoor IP camera. We have a pole mounted IP camera in our rail yard that is located several hundred feet from our main office and without this device we would have either had to run underground or overhead cable from the NVR to the camera. The unit is working well, has plenty of bandwidth to handle the megapixel camera data, and has really saved a lot of time and hassle.

Two of these units saved us a big headache and surely a decent amount of money in labor and materials. We have a pole mounted outdoor IP camera but no network cables or connections that run to the pole. We bought two of these units and connected one to our office building roof with and connected it to our network cable (Cat 5). We mounted the other unit on the pole with the IP camera which was at least a half mile plus away. They work great. Doesn’t seem to be any problems with interference or signal transmission and it saved us all that cabling and the time to do it!

Works great, delivers a good signal with no interference. This can be a real time and headache saver for long outdoor runs.

This is just what I needed to do the job. If you need to transmit a signal via ethernet cable whether it is an ip camera, dvr or just an internet connection this is the item you will need. It will transmit line of sight several miles. If you use indoors it will work with wood and sheetrock walls. Im transmitting through 2 walls of a standard home and it works great. I imagine conrete or steel may not work. I will purchase more of these in the future.
