Our POE-1 is a single port POE injector that can be used to provide power to a single IP camera or any network device that can accept Power Over Ethernet. This method of providing power is a huge advantage over typical power supplies because you can power the POE device over the same ethernet cable that is providing network access. This means using less cables and saving time. This is one of the best POE injectors we have seen because it can provide up to 22.5 Watts of power which is much more than most single port POE injectors on the market. All you have to do is plug the POE-1 into a wall outlet, plug your network into the LAN port and run a Cat5 or CAT6 to your POE device from the POE output port. This will provide both power and internet to that device. This injector is also compliant with Gigabit networks. It can provide power to devices up to 328 feet away. The POE-1 can accept standard 110v AC power or even 220V AC or 240V AC power.

I recently installed an IP megapixel network camera but didn't have any more network power switch ports available. So, that meant I had to go local with the power supply to the new camera. However, when I got to the location where the camera was going to be installed I didn't have any access for a power supply. The CAT5 E was already run so the only thing I could think of was to unplug one of the cameras from the network POE switch and put the new one in then rig a local power supply to the camera I unplugged. So I called your support section to see if they had any suggestions and they recommended this Single POE injector. What did you guys do, make this just for me?...lol...It works great, it solved my problem and prevented me from getting bogged down with a lot of hassles. I would recommend it, but watch your distance if you have long runs.
