I like this little thing, and I affectionately call it the "Flash'em and Blast'em" because you can flash them with the strobe and blast them with the alarm. I carry this when I go for evening walks. This actually has worked for me on two separate occasions. The first time I used it to attract help and attention when an unleashed dog came after me. The second time I used it to summon help when there was a car accident. I would definitely recommend this especially to women that walk by themselves.
