I live in a neighborhood where the neighbors think that leash laws apply to everyone but them. I also have to walk according to my heart doctor. This is clipped on my belt every time I leave the house. I've only had to use it once, but it worked well that one time. After that I bought a second one and put it on my keychain so I'll be protected should the need ever arise.
