What does this mean?

the ordinal 203 could not be located in the DLL dhnetsdk.dll

occurs randomly trying to log into sysem.

It means that the file got corrupted when trying to connect to the recorder. The best way to fix this is deleting the webrec folder located in program files folder, reset IE browser and reconfigure activex controls. When connecting to the unit it will redownload the necesary files to your pc
