Hi,

       Can i use 13.8V DC on my 12vdc systems (DVR & Camera)  without an issue?

The unit will accept 12V if you applied anymore Volts you can damage the system.

Also you can look on your devices spec sheet for further information on the power needed.

Yes, but normally 12volts device will accept 13.8 without any damage.

I will be running on car battery and the charger is 13.8 volts.

 

Anyone else has had this experience? dont want to damage the DVR or cameras.

Correct, but I have seen if the unit gets more than 12V then it will damage the unit.
