I purchased two IPPTZ-EL2L 12X-Mini-O cameras.  I plan to connect with the RJ45 to a POE+ device.  Based on the options I would like to implement below can you provide me with any additional wire and wiring instructions necessary to completely install.

I would like to connect for sound and would like to know how to mount and connect a microphone to hear sound from the camera.  Also can you recommend an appropriate microphone?

Is it possible to remotely speak so that someone near the camera can hear?

How are the alarm input and outputs used and wired?  Is it necessary to wire them in if using the Ethernet connection.
