Hey Guys, We installed two Prime tri-brid dvr's at a customer's property. We forwarded both an http port and a media port in the customer's router. Now we can access the dvrs remotely, but can only access playback video and not live video. This is on a PC and a mobile device. Do we need to forward ports for rtsp 554 or 555 to stream live video?

Hey Scott,

You will need to forward the RSTP port. By default this port is 554 and each unit has it configured it that way. You will need to change that port in at least 1 to the units. try 654 or 555 then forward that in the router.

Is this how we are going to have to network all of the Prime series DVRs and NVRs? The resolution quality on these TVI cams is great. Ill post a pic as soon as I can pull some video.
