IP Cam was on port 3. Moved to port 1. Now i can't delete it from Channel 3!!!!!

Can't do anything to move it from Channel 3 tho it's in port 1. Can delete everything but this one IP Cam. Click X its gone for 5 seconds reappears. Click delete it reappears in 5 seconds.

PLEASE TELL ME I DONT HAVE TO RESET CAMERA BUTTON ON CAMERA. ITS UP 30 FEET ON A POLE!

I have gone round and round on this and I am uber pissed off.

Hello sir,

Its a common issue with DVR's with built in POE switch. The cameras register to certain channel when you do an initial setup and then you cannot change it. Your option is to default the NVR and start plugin the cameras in the order you want them. Please let us know if it works, otherwise we will try to solve it in a different way.

Thank you,

Thanks for your reply. I thought I was doing something wrong. And I apologize for my comments above.

I have plugged ip cams into separate poe switch and that gives me control again. When I get all 8 ip cams installed in external switch, then I will default NVR and plug 8 ip cams in for final install.

Thanks again,

Hello sir,

What I meant to say that its not an issue but designed that way. Glad you found a solution and if you need additional help, let us know.

Thanks,
