How do you save the display configuration from the PSS software once you setup the display panel for the cameras?

In order to save the display in PSS you will need to add the cameras as you want them then go to Config, Options (Bottom of the screen) and check the option labeled "Save Last monitor Status". Click OK, Yes then close PSS and reopened.

Thanks

PSS lite loaded loaded and running on a Mac. Tried to save the config but the option check box is not displayed. Is there a dpi trick on the mac os? Also, there are NO gui's at the top of the individual screens which makes me think it is a dpi setting?

Thanks.......

Hello,

PSS lightweight for mac is just basically a viewer software to connect to DVRs & NVRs. It does not have all of the features that PSS full version offer. There is nothing hidden, what the software offer is just a few options to view cameras and set some task. if you need to have more capabilities then you will need to install the full version found on our download section. There is also instructional videos that show how to install it. This installation method applies to Mountain Lion and Mavericks OSX versions.

Thanks

running lite BECAUSE the full version won't load on LION. Is there a trick to get FULL working on LION? Mac downloads and installs but when run it just never starts. You click on it, it bounces likes it is loading to run, and nothing after that. Lite runs with no issues, but, saving a device & camera screen for the client is obviously needed.
