Where/what are the settings for IE 11 for remote viewing with windows 7. Mainly the selection of 32 or 64 bit. I cannot find access to select either one.

If you are trying to connect to the recorder using IE you will need to run as 32bit. To do so in the search box type "Internet Explorer" without quotes and click on the icon. It might show IE 64Bits version as well but you cannot use that to connect to the recorder. Also in IE11 you will need to add the IP address of the recorder to the compatibility list. Click on Tools>Compatibility list and add the IP address, otherwise you will not be able to install the plugging and activex correctly.

When I right click on Internet Explorer, the only option I have is to select "Run as administrator". This is the same on IE 10.

This is a customers unit, would it be better If you were to connect directly to his laptop when I am there?
