TechproSS for iPhone for iOS7 - Favorites not working

Can't add to Favorites. If you want to add a Favorite, it shows a pop-up error, "Please input name… Cancel…Okay". However, the keyboard does not display at all so there's no place to enter a name or do any data entry.

Also, how about updating your videos on how to use the mobile app for iPhone. The ones on your videos site are quite old and also, the screenshots on iTunes sites doesn't look like the app, either.

After the new update of the apple software the software lost the ability to input names under favorite. Se are working for an update to fix this issue. Hello

 

I also have the paid app. and I am experiencing the inability to add favorites…amongst other things.

I have also noticed its a general inability to name or toggle drop down menus practically anywhere in the app. I even reinstalled the app just to make sure, to no avail.

 

How is this fix coming…this makes the app practically useless for seeing quickly whats up. By the time you select a camera and it loads its usually too late.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The issue with IOS 7 with the favorites not working is being worked on now. Developers are moving very slow because they are backed up with a large volume of bugs related to IOS 7 for many different applications. This will be resolved relatively soon. I wish I had a date to provide. As soon as it is submitted to Apple, it will just have to wait for Apple to test and approve. My best guess is that it will be corrected in the next couple of weeks. 

Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Our APP was checked for errors with IOS 7 prior to release, but obviously the favorites feature was an oversight on our part.

We have been told that they are making sure every feature works correctly in IOS 7. I will pass this information over to make sure it is also being covered.
