With the new QDVR-SB16M-5MP QUAD technology NVR from Sibell, things are a little easier if you’re trying to make a move from Analog to TVI/CVI or from TVI/CVI to IP! That’s because this DVR gives you options and as a whole . . . . options are great! The most recent DVR from Sibell is a 16 channel unit that you can choose to use for HD-CVI, HD-TVI, AHD or IP Network. This HD recorder offers TVI and AHD format resolutions of 5MP@20fps; 4MP, 3MP, 1080P, 720P, WD1 @30fps or CVI resolution of 2MP and 1MP @30fps. As if that wasn’t enough, you can use up to 4 channels of IP Network cameras for 5, 4, 3, 2, or 1MP recording.
Even more options become available with things like alarm inputs and outputs. This lets you connect up to four alarm input devices like PIR motion detectors or magnetic door sensors to the DVR that in turn will trigger one alarm out (like a siren, or strobe) when motion is sensed. There’s a user friendly GUI interface that makes it easy for you to manage recordings, disk settings, camera settings and other options that makes your NVR very customizable. With the Cortex A9 Dual Core processor and Linux OS, this is a standalone workhorse that requires no additional software. You’ll need to connect this to a monitor upon initial setup using the HDMI or VGA port and once complete, you can disconnect the monitor and use it strictly as a remote system.
You have room for up to two hard drives of 6TB each so you can save plenty of footage to review at your convenience. If you ever need to share footage from certain time periods, you can set your DVR to record to an external drive or a flash drive that can be plugged into the USB port and easily shared.
There’s no need to be burdened with a bunch of “what ifs” since we include a 2 year warranty, FREE US based tech support and even FREE remote monitoring software!
