i just recently had an IP system installed but am not sure how to access the cameras from my iphone any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Brian,
To access one of our DVR's or NVR's from an iPhone you need to download TechProSS, in order to do some from an android device you need to download GDMSS. They will work locally on the LAN as long as the device is on the network. If you need to do so remotely on the WAN then you will need whats called Port Forwarding done in your router/modem. In order for that to be done you will need to call our tech support line at (866) 573-8878 option 3 and have your order# ready! Thanks.
