You can't much more "varifocal" than this. From a wide 5 mm focal length to a long and/or tight 100mm focal length you can get some serious zooming going on. It's kinda like having a camera on the end of a telescope.

Excellent, high quality lens. What a tight shot at 100 mm!! Use this when you truly want the best quality lens for a box camera, the lower end, 5 mm, is still good for a nice wide overview shot.

This is an excellent lens for a box camera. It's lowest focal length gives you a pretty wide out view at 5 mm. But the top end range is way up there at 100 mm, which narrows the view down to about 3 degrees. Premium quality lens delivers a good picture and is great when you change the view of the camera often.

This is a nice varifocal lens. It zooms amazingly tight and produces a very high quality clear, cut image. If you can't obtain the field of vision or video shot that you are looking for with this lens, I doubt you'll find it with any other. If your looking for a long focal length varifocal lens, I recommend you try this one first because after you try it, you probably won't want anything else.

I'm very happy with the range this gives me.

This lens has an excellent field of vision.

With this lens and a WDR camera i was able to turn a very difficult shot into a great shot.

I have 4 of these and they work like a dream.
