This is a good camera for the price. This is about as basic as you can get, but Security Camera King has done well to keep the price low too. The camera is easy to mount and, unlike some other brand comparable bullet cameras, the mount is secure and strong, not flimsy. The camera is a wide angle fixed 3.6 mm lens and any electronic functions are already pre-programmed and set (i.e. there is no OSD). It also lacks wide dynamic range, but does a pretty good job of creating a decent color or black and white video none the less. As far as infrared is concerned, I get just a little short of the 100 foot range listed for clear viewing but it is still close. This is a good "no frills" economy bullet.

I have installed dozens of these Security Camera King bullet cameras for my customers and I haven't had one complaint about them yet. I'm partial to bullet cameras, in this case, mainly because of its style and performance but in other higher end models I also prefer them because they normally have varifocal lenses. This model has a 3.6mm wide angle lens, but I really wouldn't expect much more for the price (in fact I would be surprised to find a varifocal bullet camera at this price!) There's not much of anything to this camera in the way of electronic feature adjustments as it has no On Screen Display menu. That doesn't mean it doesn't have any enhancement features, it just sets them automatically and doesn't allow the user to alter them. The other thing I like about this bullet camera is that even though it is a simple camera it has a strong infrared range. The on board infrared LEDs give it a range of at least 100 feet in total darkness if not even more. Granted, it's not the best camera in the world, but it won't empty your wallet to buy one either.

I purchased four of these Security Camera King 600 TVL Weatherproof Indoor/Outdoor IR Bullet Security Cameras but I think I had higher expectations for them then what I should have. It's not that they don't work or are bad, they just aren't impressive to me. On the other hand, if you consider the price (admittedly, that's the reason I purchased them) they aren't a lower-end, bare bones type camera with a 600 TVL color resolution. When I say "bare bones" I mean bare bones, these cameras have no OSD and any function that they may have is purely automatic. In fact, it took me longer to download the specifications sheet on this camera then it did for me to read it once I had it. On the plus side as I already mentioned it does have a pretty good 600 TVL video capture. It also has an automatic infrared mode which kind of goes beyond bare bones with a potential range of 100 to 120 feet in total darkness. They are a little smaller than most bullet cameras and are light and easy to mount.

I bought a non-Security Camera King video surveillance system a couple of years ago mainly for two reasons: 1) I wasn't familiar with Security Camera King or their website, and 2) I bought this system at a really cheap price and thought I was getting it for a steal. Embarrassingly, I'll admit that after a few months two of the four bullet cameras went bad on the system. When I tried to contact support their really wasn't any to contact anymore (apparently the vendor went out of business) and when I tried to contact who I thought was the manufacturer, that was useless too (I don't speak Chinese). So, since I figured it was my fault for purchasing such a cheap system, the second time I purchased two bullet cameras for a little more than $100 each. I'm happy to say they are still working. However, the remaining two cameras with the original system have now gone caput. I was talking about this with some friends on Facebook and one of them sent me a message with a link saying try Security Camera King.com. So I did. I was extremely hesitant about purchasing two of the Security Camera King 600 TVL Weatherproof indoor/outdoor IR bullets simply, because they were only $59.95 and I had gotten burned on buying something inexpensive before. However, I did speak with some Security Camera King staff who assured me that they have been in business for a while and intend to stay that way and that I would receive total free support or could return them if anything went wrong. So, I bit. I can honestly say I am more angry now that I ever was. Not because these cameras from Security Camera King didn't work, but just the opposite. These little bullet cameras actually work better than the first pair of cameras that I bought from another vendor at more than $100 each! The video recording is clear and has good color and the 600 TVL resolution is great. In addition, these cameras have an infrared range of up to 120 feet which is about 70 feet farther than my original or second bought ones. And the black and white infrared video is just as sharp and clear as the color. I guess I've learnt my lesson. It probably won't be long before the DVR breaks down now. When it does I'll just throw it in the trash and come back to Security Camera King to buy a replacement!

I bought 4 of these cameras to replace 4 aging black and white bullet cameras that are over 10 years old. All I can say is WOW! One is in a place that is totally dark, i am amazed what it can see in the dark and how far away.

We recently had a freak winter storm with high winds that knocked down some trees and did some damage to my house including two of my security cameras. I have a security camera system that I purchased from a different on line vendor a couple of years ago. I'm not real pleased with it, but it works. Anyway, I purchased two of these economy bullets from Security Camera King and what a difference!!! My video recordings and even my monitor pictures are so much better, I couldn't believe it! It was like buying a whole new system. I realize these are economy cameras and don't come with adjustable features, but the picture they produce is still great. I'm putting some money aside now to purchase my next system from Security Camera King based on the quality of these cameras!

Good basic bullet camera. No wide dynamic range or On Screen Display functions but it's not very pricey either. Infrared mode works great, I easily get over a 100 foot range in total darkness.

I bought a couple of known brand more expensive cameras and the cables that came with them doesn't even compare to the quality of these cables !!

This camera replace a more expensive camera I installed at my residence. What a difference, I couldn't believe it !! I am ready to throw away my other cameras and eat the cost to replace them with cameras from Security Camera King. The color difference and IR vision is superb. I would recommend this camera to anyone !!!

This is a nice camera with a 600 TVL resolution. The price is low enough that you can easily outfit your entire system with these cameras even at the economy residential level. Security Camera Kings OB-CM600IR100-B bullet camera is also a little smaller in size that "average" bullet cameras and it has a new, contemporary look to it. The camera mounts easily and operates on a 12 VDC power supply. It's got a total of 48 infrared LEDs that surround the lens and give it a 100 foot range in infrared mode in total darkness. I'm really impressed with how well the camera works at such a low price.
