Hi, I am trying to figure out a security system for my farm and I have realized that I will need to run cable for distances longer than 500ft. From what I gather I should use the RG59 siamese cable, but will any issues arise with having this length of cable? If so, is there any way to correct these issues?
An alternative would be getting Network cameras and an NVR for recording purposes.
You can utilize the Tp-Locos and create what is called a Point to Point bridge.
