Our Ultimate Series DVR features an embedded version of Linux OS. The DVR also features H.264 compression, remote monitoring of the entire DVR System from anywhere in the world and audio recording. This DVR isn't a PC based DVR, which could be infected with computer viruses or could be hacked; they are standalone DVRs that were built for one purpose; to provide you with the best quality surveillance video.
Our Ultimate Series DVR features VGA, HDMI and BNC video outputs, which means, you can operate several monitors at once. The DVR also features a Matrix Output, which allows you to program a monitor to display a completely different set of cameras. The DVR also features built-in loop connectors, which allows you to monitor output a single camera to its own monitor. This is a great feature for someone who has a certain camera that they always want. Every channel has its own BNC output.
The Ultimate Series DVR has the ability of recording 4CIF on all channels at 30FPS (Frames per Second) all simultaneously. This gives you the ability to capture extremely high levels of detail on things, such as, license plates and great facial detection. This DVR is ideal for big box retail where they may have more than one cash register, or somewhere that has multiple back and front doors.
The Ultimate Series DVR is very easy to setup and use. Our DVR comes with a built-in mouse-driven interface, which give you very simple point-and-click control over every single function and setting with-in the DVR. The DVR also come with an IR remote, which give you control of all the functions and settings within the DVR. The Ultimate Series DVR features a Jog Dial, which allows you to quickly rewind, fast-forward and advance the DVR frame by frame with ease. You can playback up to 16 channels at the same time, at the DVR or you can playback up to 4 channels at the same time with our web interface, client software or smartphone application.
Our Ultimate Series DVR features a built-in web server, which allows you to access your DVR remotely and view your cameras from anywhere in the world and with our client software; you can monitor several Ultimate Series DVRs at once. The DVR can also support up to 10 users, both network and internet. The Ultimate Series DVR also features Two-Way Audio, which gives you the ability not only to hear everything that's going on, but you can also interact and communicate with everyone as well. The DVR also supports DNS support which means that you don't have to have a static IP address in order to access your DVR remotely. This, in turn, saves you money, as many ISPs (Internet Service Providers) charge you additional money for static IP address.
Having the ability view your system remotely is an awesome feature, but if you travel a lot, then it could be a little difficult to find time to sit down and login, but don't worry, we have you covered. All you need is a POP e-mail account and you can configure your DVR to send you updates to your POP e-mail account! Now you can always be in touch and up to date with your security camera system.
With our Ultimate Series DVR, storage will never be a problem. The DVR can hold up to 8 SATA hard drives if no DVD burner is installed, or the DVR can hold up to 6 SATA hard drives and 1 DVD burner. The DVR also supports eSATA, which allows you to connect an external drive that can be used to back up your footage. The DVR also support RAID hard drive management, this can keep all of your data and footage safe in case of a hard drive failure. You also have the option of FTP backups and recording.
Video can be backed up to a DVD-RW or a USB thumb drive for safe keeping or in the event that you must give the footage to the police. Video can also be saved right on your PC for easy access.
The easy 3D mouse operated PTZ control allows you to control any PTZ camera. Just click on the screen and drag your mouse around. The PTZ camera follows the mouse pointer so you can smoothly and accurately follow any objects of interest.
This system runs on a rock solid Linux embedded OS, with embedded web server, and digital signal processors to bring you the most powerful network-based digital video recorder available. This high end system will provide you with everything you need other than a monitor. If you tie the system into your network, you wont even need a monitor to view your DVR.
