Am having difficully locating how to utilize the varifocal feature in this camera. Can someone please point the way?

Hello and thank you for contacting us. If you are referring to adjust the focus and Zoom of the camera then there are 2 nobs located closed to the front glass of the camera. they should be labeled correctly. This nobs need to be adjusted manually to get the zoom and focus working correctly.
