I already have the 12x ptz 5-60mm
Please tell me how wide the 23x model can go compared to the 12x.

They'll have to confirm how wide the spec is but a lot of times at full zoom out it's 2.8mm.
This is an example of the difference between 12x zoomed and 23x zoomed, just to get an idea of that difference when zoomed in. This is from my model camera, not theirs. Zoom is zoom regardless.
