Hello.I installed smart pss app in my laptop windows7 processor and it was working fine for 2 days,able to see the view as well as playback.

Suddenly the app is not opening,when I click the app it requests the publisher to accept and when given YES the blue circle appears and rotes for about 5 seconds and stops.The app doesnot get open.

I unistalled the app and reinstalled and it was fine or a day,the next day when I booted my aptop and clicked the app the same problem persists,the blue circle rotates and stops without opening the CCTV View.

I have AVAST Antivirus installed in my laptop and inspite of me disabling the virus scan for all apps,I could not open and get into the app.

kindly guide me what could be the issue and help me to rectify the same please.
