I work for a company where we use DVR camera’s and I am having trouble. I manage to get the IP address figured out and showing up on my browser but the video feed won’t show up with it. Is it a connection error? or is it the POE not strong enough for the camera to show up? When I use my laptop to search the IP address I can get the video screen then but not on my desktop.
Any feedback would be great thanks!

By chance are you using our equipment?
I know with our equipment Internet Explorer is the only truly supported browser, others can work, but it is hit or miss. If you are in IE try adding the address into the compatibility view settings, or make sure “download unsigned activex” is set for prompt in the security settings under customer level, then try and install the plugin from he camera again.
Sounds to me like you most likely are seeing an issue with the web plugin of the camera. Hope this helps!
