Dear 

I had installed hikvision CCTV system back in India and i was able to view in Mobile and laptop while i was there. But when I am in remote location connected to wifi, its showing as Device is offline where at the same time i can view in mobile. How to resolve this issue.

When you are local to the recorder use the local IP address for example 192.168.1.64, when outside of the network where the recorder is located use the WAN IP or a DDNS Address if you do not have a static IP address.
