My dvr when I start it shows Vertical color bars, I have taken the battery out for a few minutes, but still the same. What can the problem be

Did you contact this company to see if there is software/firmware that would fix this issue? Also, do you have an image of this that you can attach here?

The company is closed till 04 May with this lock down (if we are lucky), this is why I trying to get help on internet.
