Hello,
If it's showing online on another network it may be the ip address settings are set statically to that network, so when you move the DVR to a different network scheme it shows offline. I would run the SADP tool on your network https://www.securitycameraking....._0_0_2.zip to find the DVR and program the IP settings to match. You can also switch it to DHCP to obtain and address and then switch it back to static with those settings.
