I have a model LT4120MHD DVR connected to a Linksys wireless router that periodically has a network connection loss to the DVR and locks up the router preventing access to the internet. The only way to correct the problem is to reboot the DVR. Any suggestions on how to correct the problem?
I would back up footage first. Verify the hard drive is functioning with no errors. Having and older unit we don’t know what is failing. Check the general error logs. There maybe something there to tell us what is wrong. Next I would default the DVR and reset it up to see if that changes anything. If that fails I would do an OS reset. keep me posted on what you find.
