In a scene like this you really should have WDR enabled in your camera. You can do this by access the cameras OSD using the PTZ controls and +IRIS, and navigate to the WDR settings.
Unfortunately every camera is different so I am unsure of the exact menu path you would take to find this setting. If you need help you're more than welcome to give us a call or start a live chat.
