Hi, wonder if anyone can help, I have just downloaded techpro ss lite, entered all the necessary info, but get 'log in error', the info entered is :- name 'home', address 192.168.1.122, port 15961, username****, password****, all has been checked and rechecked, but for some reason it will not connect through. I tried the default port 37777, but same response.

My mobile is a Huawei y210-0100 fairly cheap thing from talktalk

Any help much appreciated

Hello, 

 

Are you using our app with one of our DVRs, NVRs? IF not unfortunately it will not work with any other unit.

I understand you are using our app. My question was if you are using the app with one of our DVRs? If you are not then it will not work.

Sorry, I see what you are saying and no, I am using another make, didn't realise that techpro ss was only suitable for your dvr's, obviously, I need a different app, thanks anyway, regards
