Is this the correct wiring for the Tiny Poe NVR? I have an IPOD-EL1MPIR50 that I need to hook up an external power supply and need modify the cat5e cable by removing the power wires?

The IPOD-EL1MPIR50 has a 12v DC 2.1mm Male Plug.
