My ip camera is this model: IPPTZ-EL2MPIR250L20X,bought here.I have set up 5 presets using my NVR’s menu and want to create a tour. Can someone send me a link or describe the process? I could not find a video and the manual on this camera is not clear.

You will need to access the OSD of the camera by using preset 95. You can try to follow this video  is for an analog camera for the steps should be the same.

My OSD has “CALL” rather than “RUN”‘ but it worked!
