Can you please give me the make and model for this camera.  Some viewing software requires this information to search for the camera feed.

Thanks, Tom

Hi Tom,

Every camera is manufactured OEM for us in China. There are many different makes and models for the same camera. In almost all cases, if you are not using our software then you will be using the ONVIF protocol. If you can tell us what software you are trying to use we can help you better.

Let me know if the software is "GO 1984". There are some tricks to getting the cameras to work properly with it.

The viewing software is from Tech Pro Security Products.  It is Security Monitor Pro 5.1 and asks for the camera make and model.

I am sorry, but you must be mistaken. We are Techpro Security Products and we do not have a software called Security Monitor Pro. You should give us a call so that we can assist you better.

I have just been through their list of compatible cameras and DVR. Our products are not listed. As big as the list is it warrants a try to see if we can get them to work together, but I definitely need you to call in to see if I can make that happen.
