Hey Guys, We just installed two of these near entrances to an apartment complex. At first the camera was in indoor mode so we changed that to display a beautiful picture during the day. the problem that I am having now is that the camera does not switch into night mode when it gets dark outside. The picture just goes black as it gets dark. The onlysetting that we changed from the default setting was indoor mode to ourdoor mode. Can you help me with these please?

You will need to configure the ir mode to inside(Alarm). Log in to the camera and under image schedule color to gray change the option.

It looks like both cameras are set to alarm(inside) from the factory. The cameras are pretty much black at night like the iris is not opening up. There is plenty of ambient light on the property.
