I was playing around with the cameras and I had a few questions I hope you don’t mind.

It seems that some of the video files are corrupted for lack of a better term.  Watch the file: DVR_Side2_20170425070458.avi - it’s like the bottom of the screen is green/watery/etc.  I haven’t seen this in live preview, only when I download the video and play it with the recommended VLC player.  Playing it with Windows media player doesn’t seem to do that.

By any chance have you tried playing this in any other format, such as DAV, or even still in .avi just a different player?

You can use this DAV player to play in DAV format. LINK HERE

You can also try the Smart Player here for avi format. LINK HERE

I saw the image.  It looks like the image sensor is not operating properly to do that. Try going into the OSD menu of the camera to default or reset it.  If that does not work you should RMA the camera.  ******disregard****** I did not see that this happens on the downloaded image.  Just use a different player for the file. Sometimes the codecs give you those weird issues.

Hello,

I am sorry you are having this issue. Please try to use your AVI files using smart player. You can find that here: https://app.box.com/s/xgagemvw.....act2zx8ftu

Please let us know if this helps.

Thanks!
