That is not possible since the USB Card will require a driver, My Suggestion is going for a HOTSpot with a Lan port then you can connect the LAN port to the recorder, but be sure that the ISP allows for port forwarding on their services. In many cases, the feature is available in the hardware but the ISP does not support it.
