 Hi When I log into my mobile app my cameras freeze after 1 minute.

Then says failed to start playing.

Now it keeps saying connection failed.

I have two systems on my Hikvision app the other system is working fine.

What could be the problem ?

Seems like your ports are either not opened, maybe not all of them are or your have the wrong WAN IP address.

What do you suggest I do to rectify this problem ?
