Hello,

I'm trying to access an NVR on my network but whenever I go to the page all I see is a blank, white page. The title "WEB SERVICE" appears in the tab, so it appears to be connecting, but will not load a log in page. I can also ping the NVR through the network so I know the computer can see it... This happens on every computer except one - on one computer I can access the Web Service page. I've compared the internet/intranet settings on that computer to the ones on other computers, but cannot see a difference in the settings.

What are some troubleshooting steps to figure out why the NVR Web Service page is not loading?

This worked! One note though - I also had to enable ActiveX Prompts and put the site into compatibility mode to get the prompt for unsigned ActiveX controller. I'm not sure if that is just the way our network is set up or if anyone else will have that issue, just thought I'd share.

In IE11 You have to set those settings as you mentioned. I'm glad this helped.
