I have a 16 Channel NVR (NVR-ELE16C-P4K).  Can you save the data on the harddrive so it doesn't overwrite it for a particular date?  I know I can back it up, but I wanted to know if this is possible.

In your recorder you can select the video and lock the video from being overwritten.

Here is a snapshot of the video lock button.
