I’ve got a system that is causing me trouble. SmartPSS keeps disconnecting from the NVR (NVR-ELC-16-POE16), and when I can get a connection, the recorded streams show that all the cameras are dropping out their stream as well. Please look at the attachment and you’ll see the pattern of disconnect. It’s very regular.
Has anyone seen this before? Do I have something misconfigured? I have one camera plugged into the back of the NVR, and the rest are plugged into a PoE switch on the same network as the NVR.
At this point take the smart PSS out of the equation. See if you can log in using IE 32-bit mode. Also at NVR check playback to see if anything is out of norm per your recording schedule. Next make sure you can access the unit remotely. This looks like more of a network issue. I would start checking connectivity of network to see if anything else is losing connection.
