Yesterday my admin/admin username/password was still working on SmartPPS. Today it tells me it’s the wrong password. How do I fix this and why would this happen?
Unfortunately there is no way to reset that password, you will have to completely remove the software from your PC and do a fresh install of it.
This is usually caused by a user attempting to change the password of their recorder through the SmartPSS software, and mistakenly actually changing the password to the software itself.
If you recently tried changing the password to your recorder through the software, try accessing the software with that new password you set.
