We are using PSS to view a DVR-FE16480M, 16 channel dvr. We are streaming through extra stream. When we expand a camera view to full screen, the stream turns to main stream. Is there a setting to keep the stream in extra stream when the view is in full screen?

It is normal that the software will use MS when in full screen. The purpose of that is for the video to look better and clearer when expanding the image. You could right click and change the stream manually. smart pss operates similar to DVRs, when clicking a window or changin the layout to something less than 8 view it will use the MS instead.
