It was spotty to begin with but completely stopped working on two different phones about 2 weeks ago.

I finally found the place to change the password and that addressed the reason why it stopped on both phones. Now if only it worked more than 20% of the time.

I believe that you are confused. How do you have your application configured to get the streams from the recorder? You can upload a screenshot of your settings and send it to me via a PM or send it to support@securitycameraking.com

I'll let you know as soon as I can access the application without it freezing and/or rebooting the DVR.

Have you tried uninstalling the app, and installing the newest update of the app? This would be valid for androids.

I tried to reinstall but that did not work.

I just now deleted the DVR out of the phone app and reloaded. I'm accessing - for now. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

Did not work. I believe it's using IP as it has an IP address listed under networking. Could it be a setting on my android device limiting performance and causing a timeout?
