So I have a shiny new Iphone X and the Sibell Remote Access software wont open on it.  I am guessing it is a 32 bit software and needs to be updated?

The Sibell Mobile application is 64 bit. A new application that is compatible with the new iPhone X is on the way. Sibell Mobile works on IOS 11 for an iPhone from models 6 through 8. The iPhone X is different and the app is required to be updated.
