Hello All

Having a problem viewing the sub stream remotely in smartpss. I can see the main just not the sub says failed to load video. Heres the kicker, I can see the sub stream remotely in pss and via web service just not in the smartpss app. This leads me to believe there is something i'm not doing correctly in the software. When i am at home on my LAN i can see the sub stream via smartpss.

Any ideas?

This is on HDCVI DVR.

Hi happy Saturday to you, do you have both pss and smart pss installed on the same computer? If so try uninstalling the PSS and try having only Smartpss installed.
